We have just pushed out new point releases of both Tartan and Informl,
which include a number of bug fixes and improvements -- including a
fix to {{include}} that resolves this problem.

The latest Tartan is now 0.2.1, which you can get via "sudo gem update tartan".
The latest Informl is now 0.4.1, and can be downloaded from rubyforge
at http://rubyforge.org/projects/informl/.

See the announcements, or release notes and changelogs, for more details.
