LibIDN Ruby Bindings Release 0.0.2

This is the second public release of the Ruby Bindings for the GNU  
LibIDN
library, an implementation of the Stringprep, Punycode and IDNA  
specifications
defined by the IETF Internationalized Domain Names (IDN) working group.

This release contains just some minor bugfixes; no new functionality was
added. An update is recommended.
