Hello,

As mentioned in the release notes of the 3.0.0 release, I am 
shutting down this mailing list in an attempt to simplify my life 
(how many mailing lists can I manage?).  Instead, I ask that users 
contact me directly via e-mail to provide feedback or get help.

I will unsubscribe everyone from this list shortly, so there is no 
need for you to take any extra steps to complete this process.
