Subject: [Gem2rpm-devel] Start to add tests

Here is a patch that just adds a couple of simple tests for
Gem::Requirement to_rpm

It's a start, but I can already see that the existing code won't handle
Requirements with multiple requirements (if this gets accepted I'll send
a failing test and try a fix).
