All,

It has come to my attention that there's a bot out there somewhere  
that's downloading the FXRuby binary gems for Windows from  
Gemcutter.org, and doing it a lot. It seems to be ignoring the source  
gems, but it is mirroring every FXRuby Win32 gem that's ever been  
published (even ones that are 5+ years old). This is artificially  
inflating the "popularity" of FXRuby in Gemcutter's statistics, which  
isn't helpful to anyone.

So, if this is you, please knock it off!
