I did a quick search of the bugs list at RubyForge and didn't turn up  
anything. Having said that, it has obviously been a long time since  
FXRuby 1.6.1 was released, and a lot of things have been fixed since  
then, so it might be worth seeing if the problems persist with the  
latest release of FXRuby.
