Hi!

When does a window send SEL_ENTER, SEL_MOVE, SEL_LEAVE messages to its
target?

I can see those messages sent by a widget, like FXButton, but not from
an FXDialogBox, FXMainWindow or the like.

So, how can I know the mouse entered or left a window?
