[fxruby-users] table with no row headers

(My previous attempt to send this was rejected because it was too long, 
so here's one with a much smaller screenshot.)

It sure looks like it should work, but it doesn't for me.

This patch has a bad effect on the region of the window where the header 
would be: it grabs pixels from the window behind it and it stays like 
that. Image attached...
