[fxruby-users] FXTabBook / FXTabItem / FXTabBar

This might not be the best way to do it, but the docs say that when you
click on a tab item, the tab book sends a SEL_COMMAND to it's target.  If
you set something to be the target and react on SEL_COMMANDs, then that
should do the trick.
