You sent the mkmf.log file, which is a log of the configuration for the 
build but doesn't actually log the compiler errors. If you built the 
code from a Gem, there should be a file named gem_make.out in there 
somewhere, e.g.

	/usr/local/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/fxruby-1.2.6/ext/fox12/gem_make.out

If you can send that to me, I'd like to see what the errors were (and 
if they look important).
