The latest version of FXRuby 1.2 is now available for download here:

There have been a large number of changes for this release, including a 
few significant bug fixes; for a complete list, see:

The code is provided in several formats: as a source tarball; a source 
Gem; a binary Gem (for Windows) based on the latest One-Click Ruby 
Installer (from http://rubyinstaller.rubyforge.org); and a traditional 
installer (like the one-click installer), also compatible with the 
latest One-Click Installer for Ruby.
