[Erector-devel] Second release of the day

Just released erector 0.3.110 -- a rapid bugfix release.

* support capture from rails helpers, allowing form_for/form_tag to work
right
* fix bug in view_paths support (finding views was hosed)

The view_paths bug was directly due to the lack of functional tests for a
rails app. I think we need to add a functional test suite -- something that
makes a new rails app, runs Selenium tests, and then deletes the app.
