Hi All,

I'm just getting started w/ .NET Services and the ISB.  I thought it
would be fun to learn more about it by picking apart your library and
possibly implementing a similar one in Perl, Python, or some other
language I know.

As a started reading through the docs on the project's Web site, it
wasn't clear to me what purpose the Volatile Message Bus has and why
it's needed.  Can someone point me to the docs explaining this that I
overlooked or explain it to me?
