I don't think there's anything new that requires updating completion,
unless we want to complete --arguments as well. (I think that would be
too much, personally.)

This works for me in both 0.4 and in git master. Weird. Is it only those
two commands for you? Is it one particular issue, or all issues? It
should be "ditz-1_description-of-issue" (underscore is the separator
between name and title); did that somehow get changed in your repo?
