I'm starting to think that most of git lessons are kind of "crash course" :)

This command is a kind of grouped "git fetch", right?

If so you have to merge by yourself, right?

Then why not using "git pull"?

I  don't  get  why  my  Gitorious  clone  should/could/must not by updated and
become out of sync?
