[ditz-talk] [PATCH] support searching up directory structure for root

No thats not the point at all. The point is to allow me to run the
ditz command in subdirectories of a project. It searches up the tree
to find the correct bugs dir. I don't do a lot of ruby coding so that
may not have been clear.
