Hi All,

When I looked at the dashboard of CC.rb, it had one build failure
with message

svn: Failed to add directory 'src/openfire': object of the same name 
already exists
=======================

However it did not send me mail notification.

Do I expect one, or are svn errors handled globally and not in scope of 
cruise_control.config, hence it did not know where to send mail to?

I don't *think* SCM errors will send failure emails.  There are some
other bugs in this area, such as not properly detecting command
failures, and also I don't see how get a return code out of
command_line.rb.  It could use some refactoring. I started, but it
needs more work:

I had a similar problem recently. The ip address of our repository changed,
but ccmenu remained green. When you went to the page, there as a "build
error" noticed on the page, but the build was green.
