[Cruisecontrolrb-users] Dashboard says there's no project!

As a follow up, I've also tested against stock installs of InstantRails v1.7
and v2.0 with the same reported outcome.

I've insured that the ruby in v1.7 (v1.8.6) has been patched to level 111.
IR v2.0 is already at patch level 111.

So, I don't think that's the source of the problem...
