[Cruisecontrolrb-users] Dashboard says there's no project!

I turned off CRUISE_DATA_ROOT, repeat the steps and get the exact same
outcome. weird. It's like its trying to run something in cc.rb ( Parameters:
{"format"=>"js", "action"=>"index", "controller"=>"projects"} ) instead of
my project.
