[Cells-talk] view/partial rendering

Hi guys,

I've tried to wade through the ActionView code to figure this out with
no luck.  I'm wondering how many times a view file is read?  If I
render a view 100 times is that expensive?  I think it would cache the
contents of the view file...but I don't know for sure.  The views are
quite small so I'm considering inlining them if it's expensive.
