Input elements with missing or invalid type attribute are not recognized as text fields. (Text is the default value of the optional type attribute.)

Initial Comment:
Currently @browser.option(:text, "Swedish") doesn't work, you have to do @browser.select_list(:name, "new_user_country").option(:text, "Swedish").

Create an option method that supports page context and select_list context.

We should have body methods for table context and page context.

If you regard #type as an attribute reader, I would agree with your 
comment. However, if you consider it more of a "what type of input 
element is this?" method, it should return the type Celerity ( will 
handle it as (also in conformity with the HTML standard), i.e. text.

Watir does the latter, returning "text" for input elements with an 
invalid or non-existing type attribute. I think we should too.

We wouldn't want the type attribute to be out of reach either, but 
Element#attribute_value is the backup here.

I'm gonna rename Container#body and Container#bodies to #tbody, and 
#tbodies. It's to avoid confusion with the <body> element, and be 
consistent with the soon to come Container#thead/s and Container#tfoot/s 
methods.

The old names are of course aliased in watir_compatibility, together 
with another one I also found in the Container module:

   alias_method :checkBox, :check_box
   alias_method :body, :tbody

I tried JB's suggestion in Ruby/Celerity and Java/HtmlUnit. It didn't 
solve my problem, but it may come in handy later.

This however, worked:
sleep(0.1) until @browser.button(:value, "Send invitasjon").exists

The question is, should we regard this a workaround or not? Would it be 
best if HtmlUnit "always waited for everything to finish", so that 
Celerity users didn't have to bother with stuff like this?
