Hi Ruby lovers!

During arrrrcamp there was an interest in organizing smaller Ruby meetups 
in both sides of the country. Or at least I remember something along that 
(I had probably too much Piraat beer).

So, we are organizing a small Ruby meetup in Liege/Luik. If you like 
boulets (meatballs) and Ruby, this is your chance!
