Hi,

Some good news. We where appointed a larger room for the Ruby and
Rails devroom at
fosdem 2009.

The program seems to be not yet published on the fosdem site, but the
Program Committee
(Tom, Peter and myself) have finalized it.

Hi Peter.

JFYI, we managed to rearrange the rooms somewhat and the Ruby and Rails
devroom will now be held in AW1.120 with a capacity of 74 seats instead
of 59 (still in the AW building).

* fosdem is entirely free
  (no costs associated, but you are welcome to give some sponsoring,
in return for which you could win some nice goodies)
* there is no reservation system.
  For the devrooms the only sure thing is to have a seat and stick to it.

Fosdem is the entire weekend (7 and 8 Feb), but the Ruby and Rails devroom is
only  8 Feb (9:00 - 17:00). Of course there is much more to see, 3 main tracks
adn >10 devrooms with separate tracks.

The room currently assigned is AW1.120 (I believe that is the
additional building that is
located 50 metres from the info desk).
