[Brug-talk] Final call for participation first BRUG meeting

Hi all,

Yet a few more things:
* The meeting officially starts at 19h, not at 18h30. Officially you are
welcome from 18h30 onward which gives you a margin in which to arrive
(traffic can be unpredictable) and a chance to grab a drink and talk to
other attendees. We will be preparing the room before 18h30, so if
you're somewhat earlier you can always check if someone's there.
* If you can't make it by 19h, you are welcome to drop by later, as long
as you don't barge in and completely disturb the meeting. Let me know if
you expect to be late though.
* The Business Centre has plenty of parking space in the evening when
offices are empty. You needn't mind the signs indicating the company
that some parking spots belongs to.

Kind regards,
Peter Vanbroekhoven
