I'm afraid I won't be able to attend FOSDEM this time (I will
unfortunately be in the US). But I can ask my employer if he wants to
sponsor my travel, which could be possible.

I can also ask the usual RubyConf speakers if any of them is willing
to give a talk there. I'm sure we can easily attract them with beer
and/or chocolate :-)
