It appears as though instiki does not provide the default kind of password
functionality.
If we password-protect the wiki, visitors will also need the password to
even view the wiki.
I could set it up like that, with password 'rubyist' ? There seem to be some
anti-spam solutions in the making, I will have a better look at those next
week.

I am aware that I proposed the name for this devroom to be

The logo is really amazing. But does it fit really the topic ? Of
course, it's organised by us but we should may given the standard logo
for Ruby as this is what we will present.

Hi all,

You can find the CFP in its current state at
http://wiki.rubyist.be/wiki/show/CallForPapers. We welcome your
comments. In particular, we are interested in completing the list of
channels where to publish the CFP:
http://wiki.rubyist.be/wiki/show/ListOfChannels . We agreed that the
person to submit the CFP to a particular channel should be the one who
is best known on that channel. So if you consider yourself very
reputable on one of these channels, you can volunteer.

The devroom page on the Fosdem website can be found here
http://www.fosdem.org/2008/schedule/devroom/rubyonrails . This is a
preliminary version; once we put together the schedule, it will be added
together with a short description of Ruby and Rails.

We'd like to collect any comments and changes by midnight Wednesday so
we can send out the CFP on Friday.

Hi all,

May I ask that those people who don't mind outing themselves as BRUG
members add their names to the following wiki page:

This takes just a minute, but it is important to the credibility of the
BRUG. Rather than being this abstract group of people, this makes the
BRUG more real. This is not just for Fosdem, but also for companies who
are considering investing in Ruby; it shows that they can really find
Rubyists here in Belgium if they want to.

If you add your name, please be polite. Editing a wiki page locks it, so
don't edit it for more than a few minutes, or, if someone else is
editing, edit it anyway and destroy the other person's work; be patient.
If you want to cancel your edit, click cancel. Unless you start adding
your names en masse (here's hoping), this probably won't matter.
Obviously, you shouldn't delete anyone else's name. I suggest you add
your name to the bottom. We could do it alphabetically (and we may still
sort the names in the future) but over time that will mean more work to
maintain the sort so for now just append your name at the bottom.
