One way is to use a simple online poll mechanism. I have set-up a poll
for  2, 3 and 4 October with start-timing 18:00 , 18:30 and 19:00. You

In which location (city) will it be held ? That will decide also on the
timing. I prefer close to a train station, but also having some way
to park a car ...
