Sorry, my mistake. In gathering people, I had to subscribe to a few
Google groups using my (non-personal -- for spam reasons) Gmail
account, and I automatically used it for this mailing list. I'm going
to use my company email address if that puts you more at ease :-)

My full name is Peter Vanbroekhoven, I've recently started working for
XaoP, a company based in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. I've known and loved Ruby
for over 4 and a half years now. I'm also known in the Ruby community
as Calamitas, although I mostly lurk there. My personal contributions
to the Ruby community have been few; I've mostly been helping out a
friend and very active Rubyist behind the scenes.

As for "we", it refers to my XaoP colleagues and me.
