As Peter pointed out, most of the above are only "ideas" for the future.
The only hard decision at this time would be to:
* acquire both domains
* start building on the rubyist.be domain name
* limit rubybelgium.be to a straight redirect to rubyist.be
  (probably we will have changed our mind by then ...)
