No, only tried WEBrick. Anyway, it shouldn't be too hard to implement this.

I'm not sure I'm the right one to say this, but it seems that Borges 
development has stalled. There's another similar Seaside2-like framework 
called Wee (http://rubytalk.com/129316). Dislaimer: I'm the author of 
Wee ;-)
