wonder if using a rails template would ease some of our installation  
issues:

This is no longer the mailing list where blacklight development  
conversation happens. Because of significant delivery problems with  
the rubyforge mailing list, we've moved to

In order to avoid confusion, I'm going to unsubscribe everyone from  
the rubyforge list, so that we'll stop getting posts in both places.
