[Blacklight-development] more indexing progress

Okay, thanks to Bob's help I succesfully indexed the 11 sample records.
And they show up in blacklight and everything. (I _think_ Naomi's
addition to the properties file was NOT needed with most recent svn ups
for both importer and blacklight.)
When I try to index a sample package from Bess a long time ago, it
errors out all over the place on "unable to parse record length" (but
still lies and says it indexes 1k records. Anyway.) But maybe that was
a bad mrc file. When I try to index a more recent sample file Bess
gave---geez, that sample file is way too big Bess, it causes my testy
test server to crash. (The test server has a habit of crashing when you
do too much I/O too rapidly. Oops.)
So, okay, I guess I'll go right to indexing my own sample mrc from my
catalog... When I try on my own sample of 10k records, it gets to
record 2771, and then it just hangs forever. Could be a problem with my
server though. Hmm.
