[Blacklight-development] blacklight install from trunk

I just pulled the latest and greatest code from the blacklight trunk.
The README in the rails directory has lovely instructions. A few
minor problems:

1. the config/database.example has "user" where it should have
"username". Without this change, the "rake db:migrate" command
doesn't work.
2. in the README, when it says "setup your database config file" it
probably should say "set up config/database.yml to match your
installation. The "development" portion is the one that will be used
by default."
3. in the README, you need to be in the rails directory to start the
web server with the command given.

Woot woot!

BTW, the new code from the trunk DID play nicely with the lucene index
created by the java importer.
