[Betternestedset-talk] [patch] fix for latest rails edge

After fix for http://dev.rubyonrails.org/ticket/6896 got applied
betternestedsed does not work. This patch fixes this.

But note that this will not work with previous versions of rails, so you
most probably won't apply it as is. At least you can save time making
proper fix.
