Our new product line is built on Rails and we need help primarily higher in
the stack (XHTML), but we have some mid-tier stuff to do as well.

A couple of months ago Gnip went through a significant
product/tech-stack/personnel reset. While very difficult, we've found a much
better place, and we're back to having a great time building software.
