[Backgroundrb-devel] Dynamic start/stop test environment backgroundrb during test execution?

I would like to see if there is any chance I could start/stop the test  
environment backgroundrb automatically before and after test. Forget  
to start it or forget to stop it after test both cause quite a bit  
trouble.
