[Aquarium-users] V0.4.2 released

This release has a bunch of performance improvements and closed RFE's.  
Perhaps the biggest is a new option for specifying types and any  
nested types (":types_and_nested_types"), without having to use tricky  
regular expressions (e.g., "(::)*").
