[s3-dev] logging doesn't work for me

I believe in the Amazon docs it says that logs aren't written to
immediately. So there may be some lag between when you do some
activity on your account and when that activity shows up in the logs.
If it's only been under 20 or so minutes you might want to wait a bit
and try to access the logs again.
