Just for fun, what if you used open-uri to open Alexandria library
files and let the user specify the files listed on a webpage?  You'd
probably need to detect when a file was read-only and not allow changes
to the library, but it would be a quick way to allow this sort of
viewing.

Personally I don't see that much of a use considering you can just do
HTML exports, but it would still be fun :P
