It isn't a bug, just a miss in the search. You must use 'add manually'
to enter your book.

I'm only a user of Alexandria. I added all my books (~150) last week.
Alexandria use website, some commercial like amazon and some less like
library to find a book by its isbn.

I had some quirks adding my books :
- Books with wrong ISBN printed (It happens !)
- Books with no isbn but other reference (issn, ism ...) like periodics,
scores, maps, old book ...
- Books without reference (mostly recepe)
- Books with very old ISBN, so they are referenced with newer ISBN and
cover.

So, it's a good thing that Alexandria let user add an unreferenced book.
Maybe this function should be integrated in the search window ?

Another Idea... since we only rely on a collection a limited website for
searching, It would be wonderful to have a database user website. A bit
like freedb but for books ;)

Alexandria is young and promises a lot !
