[Alexandria-list] add/remove provider buttons not available

If you do not see the add/remove provider buttons in the Preferences
window this means you do not have Ruby/ZOOM installed on your system. 
To install it:

http://ruby-zoom.rubyforge.org

If you still do not see the buttons after having installed it then
this is a bug.
