[Alexandria-i18n-list] Welcome new Polish translator

Hello all.

We have a new Polish translator, Piotr Drąg, who has submitted a fully
up-to-date translation, which is now in SVN. Welcome to Alexandria,
Piotr!

This is great news for the project. Looking at our translation matrix - 
http://alexandria.rubyforge.org/features/translations.html
- - we now have only 4 unmaintained translations from the days of
Alexandria 0.6.1: French, Portuguese (Brazil), Swedish and Welsh.

Perhaps I should post a "call for translators" to the main
alexandria-list.
