[Alexandria-i18n-list] Norwegian translation

Hello,

you were right, of course, after deleting the .alexandria directory it all
came out ok. It made me make a couple of small corrections, so I submit a
new copy of the file.

One thing, though: When trying to add a book that gives the error message
"Couldn't add the book" that one gives the correct translation, but there
is a "sub-message" given that says "No title", and that one is in English.
I have not been able to find that text, so it is not translated. Neither
have I testet all possible error situations, so there may be more. Just
for your information...
