[Alexandria-i18n-list] Norwegian translation

Hi Jack,

By "titles in de side panel" do you mean the names of the Smart
Libraries? If that's the case, the answer is that these names are
created when the library is first made. So if you set up your library
using the English version of Alexandria, these names remain English
(they are stored in ~/.alexandria/.smart_libraries/). If you start the
Norwegian Alexandria with an empty ~/.alexandria directory the names
should appear in Norwegian. 
I came across this same behaviour when making the Dutch translation.
