Yes. You updated the local directory .pot, but now you need to install
it to the system. Or, if you're worried about messing up your install,
I think you can copy the .mo file in {your svn checkout
directory}/lib/data/locale/no/LC_MESSAGES to
/usr/share/locale/no/LC_MESSAGES/alexandria.mo.
