[Alexandria-i18n-list] Norwegian translation

[Jack Myrseth]

The README in the po-directory says nothing except make xx.po, which gives
the following output:

msgmerge -U nb.po ./alexandria.pot
............................. ferdig. (finished)

So, I need to run a re-install of Alexandria?
