[Alexandria-i18n-list] Norwegian translation

Hello!

I have finished the Norwegian translation (at last), but want to do some
contextual testing before submitting it. I have a working
svn-installation, but somehow my skills prevent me from making Alexandria
from using the correct file. If anyone could point me in the right
direction her, I would appreciate it.

(I have run make without errors, so I think the file is merged correctly).
