[Alexandria-i18n-list] 0.6.2 string freeze

I'm gradually getting the hang of this project, and I've finally
remembered to announce a string freeze. There are only a handful of
changes since the last announcement, thankfully.

If you have the latest SVN of alexandria (r821) then you can start
working on the newly merged po files. You can also download your po file
from this web location
http://alexandria.rubyforge.org/svn/trunk/alexandria/po/
and e-mail the updated files to me.

I also added a page about the translations to the Alexandria website:
http://alexandria.rubyforge.org/features/translations.html

I hope the 0.6.2 release will take place this week, but don't worry if
you miss it; 0.6.3 will hopefully follow on within a few weeks.
