There are no plans at the moment, but the current directory tree should
make this possible.  I believe all you have to do is to create a
subdirectory in data/gnome/help/alexandria (like 'de') and put your
translation there.

You should do the same with the OMF file too, but this one is a bit more
difficult since it is generated.   Also, this step will probably require
calling intltool, which sounds like dark magic for me :)  But Dafydd
promised to investigate this.
