Notes:
We are refactoring the low level API a bit to facilitate documentation and maintenance and fixed a few bugs in the process.

* Added RDoc to the C files
* Fixed bug in threading and the service handle
* Added DNSSD::Reply superclass for all reply objects
* Added fullname singleton method
* Added Flag#== method
